Let us answer your storage questions.

You are the only one with access to your space. You lock it – you keep the key.

Please notify us 30 days in advance of your planned vacate date. When you’re finished with the storage space please ensure that it is completely empty and your lock is removed. If we find your space vacant and unlocked, we will assume you have already moved out.

There are two reasons: your storage space was found locked after your planned vacate date OR your space is still occupied with some of your belongings. If you believe there is an error in your billing, please contact us.

You can pay for your storage space using one of the methods listed below:

– debit/credit cards
– cash
– EFT payments

Guardian Storage does not insure your personal property. You are responsible for your own insurance. Guardian Storage does sell insurance for your belongings. If you prefer, you can purchase insurance through your own insurance agent.

Guardian Storage has a one-month minimum rental commitment. Rental periods of less than one month are not prorated. Rentals are on a month-to-month basis.

Guardian Storage requires you to provide:

– your mailing and email address
– two phone numbers
– date of birth
– government issued photo ID
– 1st month’s payment (payable with credit/debit card, cash, or money order)
– cheques are not accepted for the initial move-in payment

On average, it takes about ten minutes to rent your storage space. Once completed your transaction you can move into your space immediately.
